How
Return Policy
Purchaser must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from TecPartner for all returns. RMAs will be issues, at TecPartner’s sole discretion, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Defective Product Returns
Customer must use manufacturers warranty for any defective product.
Non-Defective Product Returns
Customer may return most non-defective products directly to TecPartner within 10 days of Order Date and receive credit/refund less shipping, handling and any additional costs. TecPartner may charge a restocking fee and will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by a minimum of twenty-fix percent (25%).
Repair-Only Returns
For all repairs customer is to contact manufacturer directly for warranty repair/replacement. More information may be provided by the by TecPartner Customer Service.
Special Orders or Customized Orders
Products that are considered special order such as but not limited to (CTO (Configure to Order), configured products etc) are non-returnable or may have unique return restrictions that can be provided prior to purchase upon request. More information regarding Special Orders or Customized Orders may be provided by your TecPartner Customer Service.
Return of Software
TecPartner offers refund only for unopened, undamaged software that is returned within 10 days of Order Date based on manufacturers return guidelines. Multiple software licenses may be returned for refund only (1) if specifically authorized in advance by the manufacturer; and (2) returned within 10 days of Order Date. Returned Merchandise Customer Shipping Policy
RMA Number (Return Material Authorization). No return of any type will be accepted by TecPartner. unless accompanied by a unique RMA number. RMA number must be obtain by providing the following information to TecPartner Customer Service. When contacting TecPartner please provide: Customer Name, Applicable Invoice Number, Product Serial Number, and details for reason for return.
Customer has 5 days to return a product after applicable RMA is issued.
TecPartner reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns or returns that occur after the (5) day period or those involving product that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s. TecPartner will not return or pay for any return product to Customer.
Return Products Must Be Complete
All Products MUST BE returned one hundred percent (100%) complete. No Writing Shall be directly on a manufacturer’s box. TecPartner will refuse delivery of any product without a valid RMA number from TecPartner. All returned products must include all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturer packaging must be in pristine condition, no markings or writing or damages. TecPartner reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products. In addition TecPartner may charge a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customer Shipping Insurance
Customer is strongly advised to purchase full insurance to cover loss and damage in transit for shipments of returned items and to use a carrier and shipping method that provide proof of delivery. TecPartner is not responsible for loss or damage during such shipment.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit:
If a package containing items purchased from TecPartner arrives at Customer’s address Damaged, Customer should Refuse to accept delivery from the carrier. If Customer does accepts delivery of such a package, Customer will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise as if it had arrived undamaged and must use TecPartner regular return policy, as described in “Defective Product Returns” and “Non-Defective Product Returns” above, and all current manufacturer warranties and restrictions will apply.
Credits
Any credits issued by TecPartner to Customer under the return policy much be used within (1) year from the date that the credit was issued and may only be used for future purchases of Products and/or Services. Any credit or portion thereof not used within the (1) year period will automatically expire without any notification to Customer.
